Renovation and refurbishment, along with a replacement single-storey rear extension to a period cottage in Swanwick.

The existing single-story rear extension was poorly constructed and had minimal energy efficiency. The replacement single-storey rear extension extended further out into the garden and provided for a greatly improved internal usability and flow.

Both the Kitchen and Shower Room where tired and outdated and therefore replaced with significantly improved modern alternatives.
